BONUS BUGS
We often have excess insects and we love to give back especially to our loyal customers who keep our business running and growing. We appreciate every customer. So to give back we are creating a Bonus Bugs list. If you're added to our Bonus Bugs list you may randomly receive an extra packet of bugs with your order (we will ensure you only receive the bugs your pet eats), Once we have this program set up and we launch it, we will add an extra pack to at least one order per week and as we grow so will our giveaways.
To be added to our Bonus Bugs list simply fill out our questionnaire and answer yes to question 7 and we will be in touch with the details.

We are reaching out to our loyal customers and asking if you could spare a small amount of time to take part in our questionnaire, to help us serve you better. In return you will receive an entry to go into the draw to win your share of 1000 BUG Bucks as well as the opportunity to go on our Bonus Bugs list. We will be drawing 10 winners that will each receive 100 Bug Bucks that can be used on our site. Entries close 31st May 2026. Open to NZ residents only T&C's apply.

NEW PRODUCT RANGE
We will soon be adding a variety of Bugs 2U Insect Crumble and Flake/Powder to our range. We are also looking at adding some exciting new products to our range, so keep an eye out.
HELPFUL CONTACTS LIST
We are now taking applications for any businesses organizations or individuals that would like to be added to our helpful contacts list page on our website this is a free service.
We encourage applications from reputable rescues, wildlife centres, exotic vets, breeders and anyone else that may be helpful in the pet world.
