Our live delivery guarantee policy at Bugs 2U is designed to provide our customers with peace of mind. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and let us know immediately upon receiving your live insects . We believe in making the process straightforward and reassuring, so you can shop with confidence knowing that we've got your back. to qualify for our Live Delivery Guarantee you must follow the below process.

1. Provide with your order a New Zealand Post approved postal address. You can check your address on NZ Post's website.

2. Send us an email at bugs2unz@gmail.com and provide a description of what has happened along with photos, within 3hours of your order being delivered.

3. If you have not received your order by 1pm on the second day after postage you must email us to let us know.

PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to postpone your shipping if we feel the live delivery of the insects is at risk

We ship NZ Wide, with NZ Post, Target Delivery Time is Overnight (We ask that you understand once we have handed your order over to the courier we have no control over the processing of it). If you have any concerns with you delivery while its in transit please let us know asap. If you have not received your order by 1pm on the second day after posting please get in touch asap, to ensure you are covered by our live delivery guarantee.

For Non Rural we ship Monday to Thursday with the exception of live locusts and our farms these are Monday to Wednesday.

Rural Shipping is Monday to Wednesday.

orders must be in and payment showing in our account by 8pm the night before to guarantee they go out the next day, when possible if your order is in and paid for by 8am on the day of shipping we will get them out the same day (this is at our discretion). If you are in urgent need of your feeder insects please contact us and we will do our best to get it sorted for you.
